Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 12/9/2024-3/3/2025
- Preferred Schedule: M/T/TH from 7a-3p, W from 9a-5p, and F from 7a-2p. No weekends or holidays.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Scope of Work: annual exams, medication refills, labs, EKG, acute care visits, physicals, testing, fast paced office
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC FM/IM, DEA, AL license, BLS, and DEA. Must be able to see 2+ ages
- EMR: EPIC / paper Charting
- Pay Rate Preferred: $95-$115 per hour. Locals highly preferred
